It was a 200kg stove supplied to DIL on a full size pallet which couldn’t fit through any residential door, and a door-side drop would have blocked the public walkway.
Pete, the driver, who was alone, was a massive help in breaking it down and man-handling it through the door.
This was, of course, over and above his actual job, but it was so much appreciated, and in my view, Pete, and the friendly customer care he exhibits, is a credit to your company.
